Light-filled 2BD home with Garden near the Beach
Our wonderful ground floor flat is located just a 4’ drive from Anavyssos beach, very popular among surfers and watersport lovers! Air-conditioned home, accommodate 4+ persons in two double bedrooms and open space living room, kitchen and dining area. A beautiful and relaxing garden with roof terrace and patio is also available for our guests. Ideal location in less than an hour away from the center of Athens and next to the most popular beach of Attica!
Our flat can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in 92m2 of interior space and 1 acre of land with trees and garden. It offers one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both air conditioned and bathed in plenty of natural light overlooking the gardens.
An extra folded bed or baby cot can be added upon request. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table plus a spacious living room with sofas, coffee tables, armchairs and a chess board. The fireplace will provide some extra cosizess for those wintertime visitors. There is one bathroom with bathtub and shower plus a washing machine. Shampoo, soap and other essentials/toiletries are also provided.
You will definitely love the wonderful roofed terrace overlooking the garden feeling the sea breeze, especially in the summer months. There is a sitting or dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just reading your book outdoors. An outdoor barbeque is available for some cooking al fresco! If you are traveling with children this garden is fenced and totally safe offering hours of nonstop fun. Private parking is available.

Our home is located in a quiet and residential area of Anavissos overlooking the characteristic natural salt pan and the Gulf of Anavissos in the background. At 2km away or a 30minute walk, you can reach Anavyssos beach, popular for its surf clubs and excellent water sports facilities.
At about 5 minutes walk away you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants. At 200m away there is a bus stop with frequent routes to the center of Athens while the nearby Saronida town offers a wider range of shops, services, and restaurants. Anavissos offers an ideal location to visit either the center of Athens at less than an hour drive away or explore the beaches and sights of seaside Attica like the famous temple of Poseidon in Sounio at just 20’ drive away.
