The hotel looked new and well kept. The free water bottled was a nice touch with so many hikers staying. The pool was small and and chilly. Breakfast was hot, and a nice variety.

We had a great experience with this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of variety at breakfast and all the staff during our stay were very friendly helpful. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast had a wide variety of food; I would recommend looking at everything available before choosing, as the setup is a little odd. For example, the waffle makers are by the coffee, which is a separate area from the rest of the food. Also, the hot foot was not together, but in two separate corners of the counter. It's not a problem, and the food was very good, the location of the foods just didn't flow, in my opinion. The BBQ restaurant nearby is VERY GOOD! The room itself is very large, spacious, and clean. It had a well equipped kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, burners (stove), sink, etc. The only change I would make would be to add another light, because it was on the dark side during the day, then at night, too dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff!

From the moment we arrived in the hotel, it's on top of everything. Information desk personnel, kitchen staff and cleaning staff were so friendly and kind to make us feel like at home. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and up to date style wise. The rooms were good, shower was awesome (new)! Location was great for Hocking Hills. The only thing off was an Oder of pets that seemed like it was covered by all the plug-in fresheners. Over all I would book again.
