The place is well situated, great balcony, and safe area however there are issues that made it difficult to truly enjoy our time in Greece. I would recommend:1. Dust, the artificial trees alone had layers of dust as well has the cabinets,2. Fix the toilet. We had to fix the sticking float daily. 3. Ensure the kitchen gets hot water, we had to boil water to clean dishes. 4. Mattress, old box springs are not comfortable without a mattress. We took turns sleeping on the couch. 5. Adequate un- stained bedding. One thin blanket and sheets. 6. Notifying renters before they commit that they will need to turn on the hot water 1/2 hour before bathing and turning it off before actually taking your shower. For 4 people, this is truly inconvenient. 7. Provide instructions for the washing machine.

Absolutely wonderful!

If you are intersted in a beach holiday in Glyfada, there is simply no better place to stay. We loved our stay here. The appt is very close to Metaxa (round the corner) but gets none of the noise. The balcony is perfect for the evenings and Manos can always be contacted, in case of a problem. Thank you so much!
