The stay was decent, newish modern hotel, well priced. The area is super walkable to everything you need. Would have been nicer if staff were welcoming/friendly... there was not much service (if any) at all.

Excellent stay - Highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, making for a smooth start to our trip. The room was perfect for three people—clean, and thoughtfully designed with a small balcony and modern amenities that made us feel right at home. It was conveniently located, with short walk to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality and comfort offered. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Close to City Center

This hotel is within walking distance of the city center of Athens. The room was small but clean and modern. They offer maid service every day. One of the women at the front desk was not very friendly but besides that we enjoyed our 5 night stay. They have a nice breakfast with lots of food options for an additional fee.

A Room with a View

Our room had an amazing view of the Acropolis - that's why we booked it but the dimensions are tight. That's the trade off. Convenient location and it's great to have a 24 hour desk service in Athens, especially if arriving at odd hours. Many Athenian boutique hotels lack this...

My only issue was that I paid for a 3 person room when I made my booking and had to pay an additional 160.00 to the hotel for the 3rd person. I had 2 people flying from one location and one from a 2nd location. Per Expedia there wasn’t a way to include them in one booking. Nor were I aware there could be an additional fee.

Seems like a good place in a location that’s a bit dodgy: graffiti all over, some abandoned buildings. Then you walk a few blocks and you looking at the Parthenon: good restaurants, lots of people.

Athens Stay

Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. They arranged transportation from the hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port to the airport. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review about any property, but unfortunately this property has left me no choice. I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights. Staff at check-in were quite nice, but it was downhill from there. Upon entering our rooms, we noticed stains on the floors and the beds. One of the rooms had fecal marks on the floor, one had blood stains on the floor, and two had blood stains on the bed. Upon noticing this, I contacted Expedia (who were extremely unhelpful in their own right). Immediately after flagging to Expedia, and within 45 minutes of having checked in, I spoke to the concierge about the issues. One staff member, Mohamed, came up to inspect the rooms with us and acknowledged the unacceptable condition. However, at no point did he or his colleague offer to clean the rooms or switch them out, and we wouldn’t have been comfortable with that arrangement anyway given what we saw. The staff assured us they would work with management to secure a refund. Astoundingly, management responded extremely defensively, suggesting that my complaint was unfounded given their 9.4 rating, as if one’s rating makes them immune to mistakes or accountability. They then accused me of sending photos in of linens that did not match their sets when I hadn’t sent any photos. That really upset me. The stark contrast in accounts between concierge and management is mind-boggling. I am very disappointed and do not recommend stays here.
