They were extremely accommodating. Allie was wonderful as well as the other two attendants in the Business Lounge. I can’t say enough about them. Helpful information was given. The breakfast was phenomenal, very nice area to walk around and a lot of options for dining, shopping and site seeing, the only thing is the pool is too shallow, so if you’re excited to swim, there isn’t much depth and it can get crowded.

Quite possibly the loudest place I’ve ever stayed. The endless stream of motor bikes outside sounds like in bed with you. The top floor pool would be great but it’s basically a night club. This hotel is not meant for kids. It’s small, loud and more suited to single young people. The buffet breakfast is great though.

This hotel is really beautiful inside and out, very modern with cool funky designs and rooms very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the maid service is excellent. The only negative I have is that there are not enough sun loungers at the pool area and there is a booking requirement and minimum spend also. When we booked this hotel one of the main attractions is the lovely rooftop pool but the chances of being able to book a sun lounger are slim! Such a shame that they didn’t make this a priority when designing the hotel. There is also a minimum spend to dine in the restaurant which has lovely views of the Acropolis but surely when you have already chosen and paid enough to stay here they should not be taking further advantage of you. Not the best way to make your customers feel welcome or important.

Great location and View but AC issues

The location and view of the Acropolis from our room and the rooftop was amazing. I am giving it 4 stars because the air automatically clicks off in your room if there is no movement?? When I am sleeping there is no movement so we woke up hot. I booked 5 rooms for 10 guests. I called downstairs and they over road my system. I asked if they could override the system for my other 4 rooms however, that was not done so they were uncomfortable in their rooms. This should be addressed immediately and never happen in a hotel. There was a key you would leave for power in your room while you were in it it but their system overrode it while in your room.

The room, location, and concierge staff were great and befitting a 5 star hotel. The business lounge and staffing was offensive. Staff was not helpful and had a room monitor presence. For example, if they ran out of one of the standard sodas, there was no offer to get any more unless you asked. Then, you were not allowed to leave the room with an open can of soda. There was no ice in the VIP lounge, but you could leave the lounge and go to the gym to the ice machine to get your own ice. That was in the basement. The other downside was the towel situation. The towels were worn and frayed. Other than these two issues, we really enjoyed the staff, the hotel, the room, and the location.

Excellent hotel and location. Amazing view

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Roof top restaurant was outstanding with view and surprise entertainment that we were not expecting, that actually blow us away. Sushi platter up there was delicious. Our other choices not so outstanding but however not bad. Great location and great hotel. Would stay here again and fully recommend this hotel,
