The property itself was clean & staff communicative. The room was nicely finished & had comfortable air conditioning. We were able to walk to plenty of dining & market options & about a 30 minute walk from the Acropolis with a scenic walk through the park, if you don’t mind long walks. There are public buses available, we just didn’t utilize them as the time to get to the destination would be about the same. Two things we didn’t care for were we had to switch on the hot water heater before showering, which took some time & even longer if more than one person showered. We also didn’t receive housekeeping services. Our trash was never emptied & we were given only one set of towels for a 4 night stay. We had to ask for additional towels. We did enjoy our stay here but would like to have had better housekeeping & a longer hot water heating time frame (30 mins instead of 15) to make for more comfortable showers.

Lovely 2-Night Stay - Great Location

We had a great experience during our 2-night stay. The location was perfect—easy to find and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and simple, which made check-in a breeze. The space was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary waters—such a thoughtful touch! A couple of small suggestions: thicker pillows and a cozier blanket would make the stay even more comfortable, and it’d be great to have the Nespresso fully stocked for those early mornings. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

We spent 3 weeks here while we explored Athens. It was easy to get to major attraction by bus. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help in anyway. We would highly recommend staying here.

Bedroom was spacious, we could have used some more drawer space, but ours was a long stay. plenty of space for luggage.

The hotel was not clearly marked and when the taxi dropped us off, we weren’t even sure where the hotel was. Luckily the staff came down and let us in after we finally buzzed and couldn’t get in the door. Coffee maker was great and staff was very helpful

The Hotel was in a great location, super clean, had great amenities and was beautiful. The staff - especially Nadia, Niko and Ivan were so helpful and welcoming. They helped me so much on city information and they went above and beyond when I accidentally left a personal item at the hotel - they worked very hard to keep it safe and to get it back to me. I have never seen the like in all my travels. Strongly recommend!!

Our overall stay was good. The property had great communications and set up transport to and from the airport (46 Euro to hotel and 65 Euro to airport). We were given the wrong room when we arrived though. We booked the veranda and got a street view with a deck. DOUBLE CHECK YOU GET WHAT YOU BOOKED. The street view is very very loud even with the window and shade closed and the air on. They did move us a day later to our veranda side which was so much more quiet and you get full sun all day. Negative - the apartment has a ton of kids and families that live there. They are very loud and keep their doors open and slam the doors. Very hard to block out the noise. The walk is also 35 minutes to the acropolis, so if you are here for a quick trip to see the historic sights, the location is not recommended. The walk was very flat though and not on an inclined, and a lot of nice places to walk past which was nice (parks, food, shops, historic sights) it was just inconvenient to go back and forth. It also advertised as “Pagrati” however its on the boarder so 5-10 minutes further than we expected. The beds were comfortable and shower was nice. Would not book again for the noise and location though. Overall I do not recommend for a 3 night stay, but if you’re here longer it is a good location for the price.

Since we arrived late at night, they helped us by phone. But they didn't have a receptionist all day and if you had any questions, no one would answer. The bed was too small for two people. The safe didn't have room to put documents in it.
