Owner was very sweet and nice. The only issue is that the Area has a Tiny Bathroom, the air condition isnt powerful enough for all rooms (you have to keep the bedroom door closed and have it on for it to work fine), and there is NO ELEVATORS, so carrying the luggage and bags up the stairs is terrible There is no dirtiness, but the building is just old and is humid inside with the smell of smoke
