The night of our arrival, we discovered that the toilet in our room was broken/not flushing. The front desk was able to accommodate us and moved us to another room without any issue. For that we are very grateful. Additionally, the breakfast was very good each morning. We will be staying here again if we ever return to Hocking Hills again!

It was nice and easy to get to, and the restaurants were close. We made our reservations months in advance and the hotel was not nearly full, and our room was not ready and they gave us a handicapped room on the first floor. Great if you need that, terrible if you don't!!! There was no guide for the TV. And everybody that walked by could see in our room. Will not book again

Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. They kept it stocked and very clean. Front desk was always there to help and greet you. One gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and very informative on Hocking Hills and other sights to visit. I will stay here again.

Amazing staff

Quite honestly some of the most polite employees I've ever encountered. We grilled out for dinner they came out and let the grill for me and they even offered me utensils. When I wanted to use the fire, they were quick to light it for me. Cookies at the front desk and popcorn in the evening. Anytime I needed anything they were so quick to act. And they always had a smile. Every shift from the staff that greeted us at 11:30 at night, to the staff that took care of us during breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. Nice hot real breakfast. Waffle maker! The breakfast menu changed daily.

The hotel was great! Friendly people, three restaurants right around the property. Easy to get to. They have beer and wine for purchase and their lobby was fun and active at night! If I had to return to Logan, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay . Visit Hocking Hills

Room was clean , bed was super comfortable , shower was great , breakfast was good , staff was very freindly . My only complaints were the musty smells near the pool and gym ..and near the ice machine.. and room smelled like a coconut cookie ... just a little too strong .. also ... many choices for dinner within walking distance .

BEST HOTEL!!

This pet friendly hotel actually enjoyed having dogs! They greeted our fur babies with pets and treats! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing, and property amenities were great. Spencer, the desk clerk, was very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good things about our experience at this hotel!
