Spacious Hidden Gem in Athens OH

A large home tucked away in the woods. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. 7 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, on-site laundry, spacious and lots of natural light. Huge back deck with a hot tub and outdoor dining space.


LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Jackie O's Brewery - Well known local brewery serving several styles of beer. They have a few locations in Athens.

Little Fish Brewing Co. - Local Brewery offering unique style of beer and only using Ohio-grown ingredients.

Ohio University - Home of the Bobcats. OU is known for it's beautiful campus, academic programs and sports teams, and it's various festivals.

Hocking Hills - A sprawling state park known for it's 25 miles of hiking trails, amazing rock formations and waterfalls, and state forest.

Wayne National Forest - The only national forest in Ohio covering a quarter million acres of Appalachian foothills. Activities include hiking, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, climbing, and horse riding. Check their website for permission and regulation information.
There is one area that is not available to guests. Please do not enter the room with the double doors in the Billiard room. This room is currently being renovated.

The driveway is gravel and winds through the woods. In the snow it can be difficult to navigate. In the winter a four wheel drive vehicle is required.
