The building has a shared rooftop with an outdoor siting area and a view to the Acropolis hill.

Its narrow streets are filled with colorful street art, artisan shops, cozy cafes, and lively tavernas. - No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
