The space
𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬: Each of the two full bathrooms have standard amenities including large mirrors, sink, and tub/shower combo and are stocked with towels, makeup towels, shampoo and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦:
The heart of this property lies in the inviting living room, where you can unwind and indulge in your favorite streaming media on the expansive 50" flat screen smart TV. Imagine sinking into the plush sofa, surrounded by tasteful décor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere as you enjoy the latest movies and shows at your fingertips
𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: There is a comfortable setup for those that are working on the go - either use our spacious desk and work from a comfy chair, or just enjoy working from the convertible sofa bed on the coffee table that can be opened up for an elevated workspace and multiple free Parking available.
𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧: A fully equipped kitchen, enjoy your freshly-brewed morning coffee while sitting out on the patio, eat takeout at the dining table, or make a meal for yourself in our stocked kitchen!

A crib can be provided for your stay upon request. Please let us know prior to booking if you will need one, so we can ensure it’s set up and ready for your arrival.

You will have full access to the apartment save for the access-controlled closet located on the patio. You will have access to the Business center, Grill area , Gym, Bark Park, Pickleball court and Pool.

Please note that there is a $50 fee. Any additional cleaning required will incur a $200 charge.
𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻/𝗖𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁:
Early check-in and late checkout are available for $25 per hour. If you need assistance with arrangements, feel free to message us in advance. Unauthorized overstaying of one hour or more will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s fee.
