Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Conveniently located near the botanical gardens, where I had an event to attend. Well stocked with various amenities. Despite the age of the house, all the appliances and AC unit were modern and worked well. Only complaint was one of the three bathroom sinks was almost completely clogged and very slow to drain. Had to cross through living room or kitchen to access the the bathrooms. Overall very good rental experience.

Great location

Able to access grocery and food places close by, we enjoyed the big yard, but only during the day time since lights were limited outside. The bed were comfortable but pillows were older. Two TV living rooms with great smart TVs was perfect! Take your own wood, lighter, and s’more sticks.It was clean and towels were great! Upgraded but because its old base the outlets are few.

Great older house

Fantastic property, plenty of space for a girls get away weekend. We didn’t use the outside space much, but early morning coffee outside was very peaceful! Location is GREAT, convenient to so many things! Our only small issue was a few unhoused individuals passing through the adjacent neighborhood - nothing the property management can do about that of course. House was clean, bathrooms were great, beds were cozy!

Delightful Farmhouse Close to Downtown

I rented the Bulldog Farmhouse for a three week stay in June. One of the best "perks" of the property location was the Sweetie Pie by Savvie bakery that was literally next door. There is a Kroger, Publix, Aldi and Dollar Tree all within walking distance. Less than a mile from the property with sidewalks if you are so inclined. The farmhouse is over 100 years old, but it is equipped with all the latest conveniences. I particularly enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs and the back yard sitting area with fire pit. Although in June, we never lit a fire. The grill is a good quality model with multiple burners.The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. The Internet is very fast and there is a Mesh network setup to provide solid connectivity across the entire house. The management company were highly responsive to all of my requests. Staying for three weeks, I requested some additional supplies and they responded to all of my request immediately.The only cons I might mention are the outdoor lawns might need more attention during summer months when it is rainy. We played a number of outdoor yard games on this visit and mowing every two weeks was really not enough. As other reviewers have mentioned, the King room and Twin/Queen rooms are a bit warm in the evening, even with the AC set to 70 degrees. Portable fans would be a good upgrade.Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Athens.

The pictures online were definitely done well to present the property in a professional manner. The pictures make it look like the property is sitting on a big piece of land by itself. When in reality you're on a very busy street with people drag racing in the middle of the night. There is virtually no sound barrier on the walls or floors so you feel and hear everything. Also, the driveway is not well lit at night, and I easily missed it. The pictures show a fire pit with chairs but then you are told you can't be outside past 10 pm. The beds were decent, but each room was hard to regulate the temperatures inside. We ended up going and purchasing our own fans to try and stay cool. We would wake up hot in the middle of the night sweating even though it was just 70° outside. I understand these older homes can be tough to regulate temperatures from one room to the next. It was almost 10° difference. I couldn't imagine staying here in the summer heat. Bathrooms were a little sketchy as when I pulled the knob to turn the shower on and the entire faucet came up off the wall. Definitely not secure and needs some tlc. The window privacy tint wasn't done professionally and people can see inside easily. Some windows had breaks with tape over them. The overall experience wasn't terrible but I felt I really overpaid for what we received.
