After exploring downtown Athens or celebrating a Dawgs victory, settle into one of the two cozy bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully appointed to ensure comfort and a peaceful night's sleep, so you're refreshed and ready for whatever comes next in The Classic City.
The bathroom offers a clean, modern aesthetic and includes a refreshing shower, fresh towels, complimentary shampoo and body wash, plus a hairdryer—all the essentials you need for a convenient and restful stay.
Please note: there is no private parking. Guests may park in any nearby metered spot, parking lot, or parking garage — all within walking distance. Parking is paid and subject to availability.
You'll receive your building access code and door code the day before (or morning of) your arrival.
Located right in downtown Athens, you'll be steps from restaurants, shops, and nightlife. While most destinations are walkable, rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are readily available. For grocery trips or exploring other parts of Athens, we recommend having a car.
IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
