Overall the room was fine but the staff was beyond unfriendly. They would not smile, not be attentive to needs, and would smirk at you if you could not open the door into the hotel, which was always locked. Unbelievable. The rooms were not very clean but considering the price I understand. Will not recommend this stay to anyone.

Basics first. The hotel is adjacent an afterhours (11pm - 5am) party club and no sound proofing. It was not just loud, it is constant yelling in your face loud. We requested a room change, it took 3 days, and it was a move from 2nd to 5th floor, same location and problem. Worth noting, no electrical outlets in bath so hair dryer has to be used in main rooms. We had 1 chair and footstool and had to ask twice so we could both sit.

Room was clean, however the staff were incredible! They were so accommodating and very polite. Our flight home was canceled and they were able to accommodate our stay to extend to one more night and very understanding of the situation.

Double room is very small but you have all you need inside, cofee machine, kettle and mini bar. The family room is much more bigger and also you have all you need inside. The rooms is very clean and room service is daily.

The hotel is a great place for those who want to be centrally located to exploring the Greek capital and the archaeological sites. It is 2 blocks to the main pedestrian street Ermou, with many shops and restaurants. Good breakfast and stunning views of the Acropolis from the rooftop. I had an really excellent stay.

We made our reservation as a group of seven. We read the reviews and agreed on this hotel because the buffet breakfast was so good. Five days before our vacation, we were told the hotel was undergoing emergency renovations and that we could get breakfast at the bakery across the street. When we objected, they told us we could go to a sister hotel 10 minutes away. When we checked in on our vacation, we discovered the entire hotel was undergoing renovations. The elevators weren't working, and we experienced internet and power outages. Room cards kept breaking, requiring us to go to reception. We think the hotel is being deliberately marketed while it's undergoing renovations. Our only satisfaction was the hotel's location.

The room makeover was poor. The cleaning and replenishment of cold / hot drinks was omitted, as were a supply of towels and bathroom amenities. The bedroom could have cleaner, especially underneath and around the bedding area! Enjoyed the health and spa facility, and roof top terrance, and in general staff were attentive.

The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming at all times even when I observed dealing with "difficult" guests, they maintained professionalism. The room was clean but there was no storage space so we were literally living out of our suitcases for 10 days. There were 6 hangers placed on what looked like a metal sculpture. 2 women, 6 hangers, and 10 days... not convenient but we managed. As some reviews mentioned the rooms were a bit dated but I think it added to the hotel's charm. The breakfast was a small buffet with decent options and the roof top view was beautiful. Given that there is food in every single direction the lack of dining options at the hotel was not a deal breaker.

L’hôtel est bien situé pour être au centre de la vie à Athènes. Cependant, la gentillesse du personnel ne peut pas palier au manque de propreté et de l’insonorisation absente des fenêtres. Il y a des taches sur les buts et de l’accumulation importante de poussière au bas des murs. Des bouchons sont offerts pour dormir tant que les fenêtres ne coupent aucun son extérieur. Nous avions l’impression de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes dans ce quartier très animé.
