My partner and I enjoyed a truly unforgettable experience that left us thoroughly impressed. We luxuriated with a jacuzzi in our room. This was definitely our most relaxing holiday due to the time we spent unwinding in there. Also, having a kitchen was our saving grace for the days we missed breakfast. Finally, of course Mario! What a pleasure having him check us in! The other receptionists were also super helpful and reliable when Mario wasn’t around.

on a side street surrounded by older run down buildings but once inside it's a little oasis, very nice, clean, modern room, great reception staff. not a fan of the weird front glass door, be careful you don't catch your toe in the bottom of it when opening(happened to me, not fun)

Could easily be 5*, shame it’s not

It’s a shame to give this hotel a low review, but we were quite disappointed. We had previously been asked what time we would be arriving, and I said around 2pm. Once we got to the hotel; we were told the room would be ready at 3, we thought this was no problem so we came back at 3 and proceeded to wait in the lobby for an hour after that, no one told us why, until the room was nearly ready. The reason for the delay was because the hot tub needed to be checked, and it turned out to not work for the duration of our stay. Disappointing trip.

When we first found this hotel in 2022 we were so happy. There were not many choices in this area where our family lived. The experience was great and we thought it was a hidden gem. There was a roof top bar which made a lot of difference for this small hotel in a very cowered neighborhood. This is our fourth time staying and unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. There was no housekeeping. And the roof top bar is gone. Not sure if we will be coming back.

Loved it. Modern not far from the metro station. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes. The hotel is super clean and modern. Great view from the terrace where you have breakfast on the 4th floor. I definitely recommend staying at the Newel hotel.
