Small room and bathroom but was very clean and functional. Front desk staff was nice. A little hard to find the front desk if you come in the building from the north. Breakfast was served cafeteria style and very basic. Scrambled eggs were hard and and no flavor (artificial?). This building is right on campus so very convenient if that’s your destination. About a mile or so to downtown Athens. Free parking in a very busy parking deck. Overall good experience and recommended.
