The Space:
Villa Scorpio combines Cycladic charm with modern comfort, spread across three levels and totaling 360 m². Each of the five bedrooms has its own entrance, private bathroom, and unobstructed views of the Aegean. The master suite occupies the upper level, while the living room with handcrafted stone fireplace and oak flooring sits at the heart of the home, opening to spectacular sea views. A slightly raised dining area connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen.

On the lower level, a private tavern clad in old brick and featuring an indoor grill leads directly to the garden. A laundry and ironing room, along with full climate control—air conditioning and underfloor heating—ensure comfort year-round. The villa’s centerpiece outdoors is the infinity pool, 12×9 meters and finished with EcoFinish™, designed for both beauty and safety. From the estate, guests enjoy direct access to the sea at two different entry points, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.

Villa Scorpio is located in Pefka, a peaceful coastal area on the eastern shore of Attica. Surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty, the estate overlooks the endless blue of the Aegean and benefits from fresh sea air and a serene atmosphere.

Just 12 km away, the port town of Lavrio offers a bustling fish market, seafood tavernas, restaurants, cafés, shops, and lively nightlife. Within 20 km lies Cape Sounion and the world-famous Temple of Poseidon, where visitors can witness one of Greece’s most breathtaking sunsets. Athens city center is about 60 km away, easily reached via the Attiki Odos highway or the scenic coastal road.

For beach lovers, the area offers many beautiful options beyond the villa’s direct sea access. Pefka Beach is only 1 km away, ideal for a quick swim or a peaceful walk by the shore. About 8 km south lies Legraina Beach, one of Attica’s hidden gems with golden sand and turquoise waters. Villa Scorpio is ideally located for easy travel. The Athens International Airport is about 25 km away (approximately 25 minutes by car). The port town of Lavrio is just 12 km away, offering ferries to the islands as well as shops and dining. The famous Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion lies only 20 km south, a short scenic drive. Athens city center is about 60 km from the villa, reachable in less than an hour via the Attiki Odos highway or by taking the coastal road for a more picturesque route. Guests who prefer public transport can also connect to Athens through the suburban railway network.

The Jacuzzi in the master suite is not currently in operation. The villa underwent a complete renovation in the summer of 2024, offering modern comfort while preserving its authentic character. The infinity pool features EcoFinish™, a certified coating also used in potable water systems. With direct sea access from two different entry points, guests can enjoy crystal-clear waters perfect for thalassotherapy, snorkeling, spearfishing, and other water sports.
