This apartment features a unique 100 m2 front veranda with gorgeous sunsets and sea-view overlooking Vouliagmeni's greenery.
-Fully equipped kitchen: an air-fryer, a toaster, an espresso machine, water boiler, a dishwasher, a washing machine, juicer, mixer, hand cordless hoover, microwave, and you also get coffee capsules, tea, fruits and sweets as a starter. There are plenty of spices available. Equipped with fire extinguishers too.
-88" Television, free Netflix and fast internet
This well-appointed Penthouse boasts 3 double bedrooms, with high quality mattresses. The first bedroom features a convenient desk. There is a crib & high-chair for young visitors. Moreover, there are spacious 3 balconies and a 10seater dining table.
-The bathroom features 2 sinks, and a large, luxurious shower. A solar boiler is available and on cloudy days just press the "HOT WATER" button on the electric panel.
-One central air conditioning unit covering the entire house
-Premium guy Laroche linen, including sheets and towels, and beach towels along with shampoo and shower gel, sleepers and toothbrush.
-Parking: There is free public parking just next or few meters from the entrance.
