Attached mud room/laundry room with modern, new front load LG washer/dryer and side entry back door.
Home also has a brand new back porch with a very large spacious backyard. HVAC is brand new. Rare dedicated parking space hard to find in Cabbagetown. Street parking also available. Firepit with Adirondack chairs beautifully lit overhead by Edison lights in the backyard.
