Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Keys with the black fob go back in the gold bowl in the living room. *** Remember *** - Turn off all lights and fan - Turn off all TVs - Turn off air conditioner and fans
All trash in trash bin. The maintenance picks up the trash Monday to Saturday after '6pm.' You can leave the trash (in seal plastic bag) in front of the door AFTER 6 pm.

Beds were very comfortable, easy access on 1st floor and ceiling fans a plus. Property is very nice and pool was great. Great location to to access freeways and close to downtown. PLEASE be aware that this is a unit on a busy street and with the weekend brings lots of people noise on the street late at night. It is hard to find parking, since we can not use the unit parking spot in the parking garage. Unit needs some attention and TLC. Well equipped kitchen is lacking pans to cook in oven, plastic containers to store food in frig, measuring utensils and only has 4 person setting dishware (with missing pieces). I had to wash dishes in dishwasher upon arrival. The kitchen cabinets, drawers and frig were dirty. Door handles were coming off actual doors. Plastic wall decor fell off the wall. Wall paper in bedroom is peeling off. All walls were dirty in one way or another. Unfortunately, trash is not picked up as the units descriptions explains. This was disappointing for BUCKHEAD and the costs of the unit per day.

Concert trip

Even though it was a short stay the apartment was great, I thoroughly enjoyed the patio access to the street. And loved the location to nearby events and stores.

Short stay but wonderful accommodations

This was a nice place to stay at. The location was around everything. I did not like parking on the public street, but the neighborhood was quiet, and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again

Atlanta weekend

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was very close to where we needed to be. The layout worked well, and the property amenities (the gym) were great. We appreciated all the seating areas, the layout was just right, which made the unit very comfortable. There is a small visitor parking lot, which we only found a spot in one time, but the most convenient parking is street parking just outside the unit. It wasn’t a problem to find a close spot most of the time but weekend nights were more of an issue and you could end up a few blocks away. Not a huge deal and definitely did not dampen our stay but worth a mention. The host, Michael, was lovely to work with. He was helpful and quick to respond. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for a month, and have to say it was the best place we stayed in Atlanta. The house was clean, the appliances worked well and were high quality, and the beds were super comfortable! Parking was a little limited - if I was out late (like returning at midnight), I generally had to park 1-2 blocks away. Frequently, though, I was able to park right outside the apartment or within 5 spots. The car chargers are reserved for tenants, but the nearby Kroger has a fast charger. If you're a light sleeper, you might want earplugs; you are in a city apartment, and you will hear people coming and going until late. Beyond that, we had the apartment complex and the city complete maintenance outside the property owner's control, and we were notified about it reasonably in advance. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to a future opportunity here!
