Garage entry/lower level has an office and full bathroom plus hallway and front door to the street.

Main level has full kitchen, dining room to seat six, living room with 65” flatscreen TV. YouTube TV subscription to easily watch games. There is a porch that seats two outside with a tabletop Blackstone gas grill.

Top level has king bedroom with en suite bath. Bath includes shower, separate soaking tub and toilet.

Second bedroom has double bed with flat screen tv.

Third bedroom has a trundle -which is two comfortable twin beds with a flat screen tv.

Second bathroom is shared by second and third bedroom and has a shower only.

The house has a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker. Owner will leave all kitchen supplies: paper towels, napkins, soap, dish soap, cleaners.

Bedrooms will all have extra blankets and pillows.

Bathrooms will be stocked w towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. Plenty of toilet paper so there should be no need to replenish.
