I have stayed here several times and have enjoyed my stay. I keep booking this hotel when I visit Atlanta because if it’s hospitality and friendliness from the staff, in particular the front desk employee named Mickie. She is one sweet kind person for the BOOKS. So sweet and warm and always eager to help you out in any kind of way. The stay was decent overall, but I was mistakenly charged despite receiving parking and alcohol vouchers. The cooler failed and wasn’t replaced, and a housekeeper entered without knocking—both were unacceptable lapses.

We made a reservation fir a suite 4 days before arriving and was told at the time of check in that the room was unavailable. Given a long story about how it was expedias fault and it was nit sent but thats hard to believe that they sisnt have it for 4 days and i was being emailed about my stay daily. We had no choice but to take a smaller room and down grade the stay that we had planned. The manager actwd as though she was doing us a favor by saving us money and giving us another room. Made the best of it because there reallt wasnt any choice.
