Staff was lovely, room was fine, clean and safe, which is important. The walls are kind of thin so I could hear my neighbors but it wasn't too bad. There was free coffee in the lobby which I appreciated because I was there for a work trip and had a few early mornings. All in all, no real complaints.

Room was great. Staff were lovely. But I was flabbergasted to be charged $12 for chips n dips which turned out to be a bag of shop crisps (still in their packet) and small plastic containers of a mayonnaise type dip. Also at breakfast time, they charged for cereal and milk separately. Although I didn’t pay, it became an expensive option.

The bed was very comfortable but the room needs more lighting - it was very dim. Our particular room needed a new toilet seat - it was old and flaking, I thought there was pee or something on it. Also, the filter part of the coffee maker was missing so we couldn’t make any coffee.

Colandra i think was her name when we checked in Friday night. She had blonde hair. She was very nice and help us after a horrible trip into Atlanta. She continued this through our hole stay and made us feel welcomed. Your bartender on Saturday night has a great repour with customers he is serving and has great skill in making all kinds of drink. His drinks were very well balanced and he was very inviting.
