great location, good parking in the property. renovated hotel. staff was not nice, very rude, not willing to help breakfast was terrible... 4 of 6 options were never avialble.. elevators were really slow about 15 min wating. and despite the renovation the AC units too old

They keep trying to charge me for parking which I had already included in my reservation( Breakfast and parking) It was paid for thru my booking. Upon check out they would not give me a receipt to see what and if any extras was charged. The elevators was so slow. Of course they was working on some!?

Staff had me waiting to check in, as I was leaving the police was outside and the property claim to be smoke free but the smell of weed smoke was overwhelming. I will never stay here on purpose again.

The staff was very helpful and amazing. The food for breakfast was amazing. The first day me and my family went to a bakery. That’s like three minutes away. I was so disappointed when we ate downstairs inside the hotel The next day, I was so mad we wasted $50 when we could’ve been eaten inside the hotel and the food was cheaper so when we’re in Atlanta, we’re definitely staying here

The parking is extremely expensive, the snacks are extremely expensive. I understand making a profit but to charge $8.50 for a water bottle is extremely ridiculous! I literally paid cheaper for 2 water bottles via door dash. To reach the front desk from your room is impossible. They disconnect the phone where as you cannot reach them. Literally had to call from my cell phone to get assistance. Nice hotel but wouldn’t stay again

Perfect little stay

This hotel was very close to the Tabernacle where I went to see a band. The hotel was perfect! It was quiet, spacious, had great water pressure, and every person I interacted with couldn’t have been kinder. I highly recommend this property!

First two days one elevator didnt work. Last day neither of the regular elevators worked and had to use a service elevator. I asked for rooms with views, we saw a wall across the street Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. End table was broken in one room. No clock in one room. No shelf in shower. No place to hang a hand towel in bathroom. Bathroom light was also hall/entry light so disturbed sleepers. Table lamp didn't work. Closet hanger went front to back instead of left to right. No bottled water for coffee maker. Stains on ceilings. Bar wouldn't take cash and drinks too expensive. Pay to park is just plain crazy. No free breakfast.
