Gave me the wrong room. I didn’t realize it till I got to the room had to go down 14 floors and argue and prove my point to get my correct room and then the fire alarm went off at 5 o’clock one morning and at 3 o’clock the next morning and the second time it went off, there was never no explanation or an apology

We really enjoyed our stay! The aesthetic as we pulled up was lovely! We could access the Marta and mall without exiting hte hotel - we took a short skybridge walk. We would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. The beds were comfy, nice bathroom set up etc.

We were awakened three nights in a row between 3 - 5 am by the hotel alarm which lasted for a long time. Several minutes later, we were awoken again by a recording advising us to "resume normal hotel activities" - which would have been sleeping. Just a terrible stay. We're exhausted.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was somewhat nice but it was not very cleaned. Make sure to check the blankets because they can be dirty and stained with dry blood (yes shocking!!) If you call customer service to get the blankets changed dont expect an apology for the inconvenience. Be ready to be ripped off by the valet parking fee. It is extremely expensive for no reason, 60 bucks a night! Dont waist your time and money having breakfast either, it is not good and the service is very slow. I honestly don't recommend this hotel, first time staying at a Marriott and it was such a huge disappointment. Save your money and the headache and stay somewhere else.

So many hidden fees and costs, that is not told upfront what you will really be charged.You pay online thinking you are all set and good to go. Then $75 a night deposit and then they don’t return your full deposit. Charge you $95.00 from your deposit, charge you for WiFi. It’s just so much additional fees for a mediocre room. Location is good so I guess that’s what all the fees pay for.

When we first arrived the staff were Friendly and super helpful. The view of the city is amazing!! The restaurant and bar were good, and who doesn't like starbucks. Traveling with small children is not easy, check in was fast and smooth. Unfortunately when we arrived to our room it smelt so much like cigarettes. I did request a non smoking room because I have a 4 yr old who has asthma. Honestly I feel like that room should have been closed off to anyone. There was also a a big device plugged into the wall, which was a little bit of a hazard. I did go the the front desk and let them know about the room. He was super helpful and switched us rooms the smell of cigarrate smoke would have not done her any good. When we arrived at the new room everything looked so nice but as we looked around more the room had trash in areas , and the bathroom floor was also dirty and there tv was broken. I had to clean it because I was not going to go request another room. It's such a nice pretty hotel but honestly not what I expected my husband has been sore these past days because of the bed, we could have just had unlucky rooms. We booked this trip back in March for the aquarium and things around and were looking forward to this hotel, will probably not return again unfortunately. Sorry for the long review, it was just so much a Iffy experience we had i had to share
