When arriving at the property I instantly loved the hotel and it was a very immaculate hotel with many dining options in the hotel and surrounding. The front desk staff was very helpful during the check-in process. I enjoyed the location it was walkable to different restaurants and bars. However, the room is very basic compared to the actual hotel. The floors and elevators were not cleaned and there was pieces of trash present but to be fair the hotel was very big and crowded with events and guest to keep up with the cleaning. One of the beds in my room linen was not changed from previous guest and a used washcloth was left on the rail of the shower. The next day I reported to both housekeeping staff and front desk before leaving out for the day and returned that night and my bed was still not changed or was I provided new towels and washcloths as requested. The late night staff was very accommodating and comped my valet parking fee of $60.00 and changed my room because there was no overnight housekeeping staff. Hotel was in a great location and had potential to be a great stay but the size of the hotel may be an issue to keep up with housekeeping needs and keeping the floors clean. Overall, I did enjoy the hotel and amenities outside of the housekeeping issues.

Rooms are somewhat dated though the facility is nice with 47 floors. We had very noisy neighboors and the hotel did their best with switching our room. Overall very friendly staff with great service.

So first off the only parking is valet parking which is 60$ a day . Like there’s no way yu can stay there without paying the the elevators are very old an wonky just don’t recommend

The hotel was generally great, except for the lack of phone service inside the building. I was also unaware of the parking situation. Despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant stay.

Parked next door in the open parking and came out to a busted window and a few minor belongings gone. Valet was short staffed and pretty expensive so I had no choice but to park next door. Staff was nice and room was clean, just be careful of the area around the property.
