WELCOME TO OUR HOME! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Close to all of Atlanta's fun and best spots. Enjoy this Luxury 6 bedroom 3 bath private estate, nestled in one of Atlanta's sought after Communities. A 15 min drive from Harts-field Airport, Mercedes Benz Stadium, The Battery and Downtown. Only 20 Mins from Buckhead and the Nightlife. 10 minutes from Tyler Perry studio, Built in 2022. Brand new home.

Quite and cozy neighborhood. Lots of new houses being built within the neighborhood.

AS MUCH AS WE LOVE TO HOST OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME, WE LIKE TO KEEP OUR HOME IN A REPUTABLE MANNER AND IN THE MANNER THE HOME WAS GIVEN TO YOU AT CHECK ALL GUEST NAMES NEED TO BE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. NO OTHER GUESTS OUTSIDE OF THOSE LISTED IS ALLOWED. PLEASE PLACE ALL YOUR TRASH IN THE BAGS PROVIDED AND PLACED UNDER THE CAR PORT. ENSURE THERE WERE NO SPILLS ON CARPETS, WALLS, AND HARDWOOD FLOORS WERE NOT DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY. WE ENFORCE OUR DEPOSIT COLLECTION IF THE ABOVE IS NOT COMPLETED. CHECK OUT IS 11AM UNLESS A PAID LATE CHECK OUT WAS APPROVED TIL 4PM. EVERY GUEST IN AND OUT OF THE HOME AND STAYING THE MUST BE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. Total guests 12! Total guests is 12 no matter if they are staying the night or not! HAVING A CHEF COME FOR A SMALL GATHERING AT OUR HOME IS CONSIDERED AN EVENT AND WE WILL NOT ALLOW THESE EVENTS.

Great house!

The home was nicer than we had even expected. It was clean, comfy, had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby! When I travel, I don’t expect all of the comforts of home.. this was the exception. If I every come back to Atlanta, I will stay here. The community was safe and very nice. Communication was superb. Girls NYE Weekend

My cousins and I visited ATL for the weekend to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and bring in the New year. We enjoyed the home. The home was spacious, beautiful, and new. However, the housekeeping service needs to do better. There were socks under the bed; the downstairs restroom toilet was not clean. Other than that, the home was nice.
