We booked this house for our visit to Atlanta. When we arrived, we saw construction vehicles in the driveway and renovation debris all over. Apparently the owner didn’t know how to remove the listing so didn’t do it. The house wasn’t available and we were stuck for the night. So angering!

Cozy 4bd Oasis

The property was booked 3 months in advance. Confirmation details was emailed a few days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, we were unable to locate the lockbox. The host was called and to our astonishment, we were told that a long term tenant was in the home and we would not be accommodated. According to the host, the home was damaged. We flew in from several locations and were left stranded. Vrbo got us a two night stay in a hotel and refunded us fully. However, it would take 5-10 business days to receive said funds. Trip was ruined but at least we got our money back. More details will be left out of this review. Vrbo is not to be blamed. Full blame on the host. Property should be removed from Vrbo site.
