The space
Our apartment features a unique loft sleeping space with a queen bed, an open concept living room & kitchen area, a full bathroom, an indoor dining/workspace, and a private outdoor courtyard with a dining area. All essential appliances and kitchenware are provided. Washer & dryer are available in a communal space in the building. Private parking is available for free on the property, and street parking on Penn Ave is free. We are located within walking distance to all Midtown Atlanta points of interest.

Guest access
Guests will be provided check-in details in the days leading up to their stay. Access to the parking lot is via a narrow side street. We normally provide guests with a lockbox code to get the keys to the apartment, but guest can request in-person check-in if they so choose.
