I read all the reviews and thought it was a safe place to stay, but it is not. It is in a bad part of town, cops there all night and the last night there was a gun fight next door. The place is old, no mirrors in any bedrooms, and no tv in one of the bedrooms. It is close to the stadiums but there is homeless around the house and it is notba safe place to stay.

The place was very clean but the downstairs neighbors woke us up banging on the door at 4am trying to get inside and she also urinated on the floor.

We were in town for Clark Atlanta U. homecoming with my 2 teenage sons and the location was perfect. We also walked to the Hawks game on Sat. night (about 1 mile). Perfect for crashing if you are visiting the AUC or Falcons/Hawks. Neighborhood was quiet for the most part (homecoming festivities were close). I'd stay here again for these purposes.

Perfect spot for a trip to Atlanta if you want to be in the heart of the city. Major attractions are really close by and the Mercedes Benz and State Farm arenas are walkable. We felt safe walking at night. Great communication with the host and easy check in. We will be staying here again

Close to the stadium!

Stayed here to see a concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium. It was a 15 min walk and I felt very safe while staying here.

Very much worth another stay!Pictures are accurate, space was clean and communication with the owner was professional and easy.15 minute walk to the stadium, not far from other nightlife...would recommend to anyone visiting but specifically for any event at Mercedes Benz or State Farm Arena.

This place was perfect for our trip to an event at Mercedes-Benz stadium! It was within easy walking distance. It was clean and comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed! Definitely would stay again. If you're a picky type you might want to look elsewhere but everything was great for us!

The neighborhood is really quiet, and the apartment is clean and cozy. There is a spare bed at the common room so the apartment can actually fit three people, each with a room all by themself. Overall the stay is really enjoyable.

The only good thing about this property was the location in proximity to downtown was very close But it was very dirty unkept the water pressure to take a shower was almost nonexistent. The washing machine did not work. There was mildew on the shower curtain. Did not recommend staying the pictures online made it look cute and there was nothing cute about those apartment.

This property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location close to downtown. We wanted a place close to the colleges, and this was perfect. The only downside was the connected neighbors had loud all night parties both nights we were there. It really provided my daughter with a taste of the college lifestyle, but it made it very hard to get any sleep while we were staying here.

Comfortable and clean

This property is walking distance too Spelman and a few other major attractions. Maybe 7 minute drive to the Aquarium. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient for what we needed . There are no pics of the bathroom online, it's a shower only, spacious and clean. The host was quick to respond to my questions. My family would stay again if needed.

We came down for the Cowboys/Falcons game and the location was perfect. The apartment was clean, quiet and walking distance to the stadium. I would definitely stay here again.
