Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please before LEAVING: 1. Take off all lights and TVs in all rooms 2. Throw out ALL perishable food and place ALL garbage in the garbage bin OUTSIDE
3. Please LOCK the front door when leaving after Check out at 11am. (Garbage Day is Thursday) 4. Please let me know when you have Checked out either Before or at 11am (check out time is
5. Please put all garbage in the bin outside and carry to the curb (to the LEFT side of driveway ...the house has (2) bins ) at some time after 4pm Wednesday (Garbage Day is Thursday)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Better than a Hotel

The property was clean and provided adequate towels and kitchen accessories. The parking is extremely limited and small, however there is street parking. The location was perfect for my granddaughters cheer competition being held at the convention center, as the house was 6 miles away. Also close to shopping and restaurants.
