My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in early Sunday morning (around 3:00 a.m.), after speaking with the front desk attendant, I paid for two nights with a confirmed checkout date of Tuesday, October 28. However, on Monday, a staff member named Divya came to my room and informed me that I needed to leave immediately. Despite showing her my receipt clearly indicating my checkout date, she insisted that I had to vacate the room.
Throughout the interaction, Divya was unprofessional and discourteous—she raised her voice, abruptly ended our conversation, and ultimately asked me to leave in a very disrespectful manner. Additionally, my room had significant maintenance issues. The ceiling was leaking due to rain, and when I was moved to another room, that one had an even worse leak.
Overall, the situation was handled very poorly and left me extremely dissatisfied. I expect better professionalism, communication, and hospitality from any establishment, and I hope management addresses both the staff conduct and the property’s maintenance issues promptly.
