This property is a complete mess the DEA could probably make a wonderful drug bust in the parking lot alone We put up the Do Not Disturb sign.They still came into our room.It was not cleand the area is completely scary.I would not trust this area for anybody especially if you are a family with children.

Was not thorough cleaned nor was it welcoming. Lights were out in the lobby, I thought they may have been closed. And the access to the television requires a Roku account....just unheard of.

I wish I had believed all of the bad reviews before booking this property. But no, I thought maybe my experience would be different. I have stayed at several Comfort Suites hotels in various states…and I have never seen a property like this one. I guess my first sign should have been the hundreds of cigarette butts and blunts on the ground in front of the property (But to be fair, an employee came outside and began picking up some of it) The room itself had multiple issues: Stained sheets, only ONE towel in bathroom, red stains on bathroom floor, filthy shower head, etc. Then as if all that wasn’t bad enough..the sofa bed had NO MATTRESS on it and it was COVERED IN STAINS! I would have had a better experience at a 1 star motel. Had it not been so late, I would have left immediately! To the property OWNER…there needs to be some SERIOUS re-evaluation when it comes to maintenance of the hotel. The lack of care and pride in the property is truly unacceptable. And to think I paid almost the same amount as I would have at the Radisson or Marriott..which are definitely better in terms of quality and comfort. Unless there’s a change in the future, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about cleanliness and comfort.

The place was not safe, guess smoking on the floors with no smoking sign, people walking around with a gun. Smell of Marijuana on the 3 floor coming from the room, the place so ghetto. The room and the towels was not properly clean. Overall, the property need a lot of improvements.
