Pros: Quiet and clean room. Nice layout and allowed space to move. Love the cubbies. Shower pressure was fabulous. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was super nice. Coffee was good. Plenty of parking. Would most definitely stay again. Price point considerations: No microwave in the room. Breakfast was meh. If you look too closely you can tell it was a flip, but it's clean, so honestly I did not care. Cons: None. Especially given the price. Bare bones basic Hilton. Plenty of space at the check in area. "I arrived late and am hungry" food options were varied. They even had oat milk as a breakfast option for those of us who are lactose intolerant. A nice small touch that really makes a big difference. I was hesitant to book and figured if it sucked I would reach out to Hilton customer service. It did not suck :) Will book a Spark hotel again 100%

I stayed over 100 hotels a year and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in a long time, it was clean his fresh and very convenient. I’ll stay there again many times.

Room was fine. However, "free internet" sign-in led to second screen to join club or possibly be charged! Closing it brought error. Desk person tried too and got same, but affirmed no charge and internet working. Had him add my existing member number in case of charge attempt. Bill has not been checked on CC so not sure of outcome.

Late night service man practicing harassed my husband each time he came down one night after a concert. Husband was microwaving our food and the man started talking to him even thought my husband never said a word. Husband went back down to get a water and stood behind a woman in line to ask how much and the man started insulting him and even the customer he was helping started insulting him. Third time, he went down to get apple juice and the man AGAIN started talking to him and insulting him in an uncalled for manner. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS but this was unacceptable. You can’t make this up. We were astonished. The property was… fine. Smelled like weed upon arrival and vent smelled like weed when we turned it on. Breakfast was cereal and a few bagels. Not really worth the price.

Some of the staff were quite nice. Property is small and simple with very limited amenities. The water fountain was broken so there wasn't really a way to use the small fitness center (most people want to be able to refill water while working out!) or even just get water without going to buy anither bottle. Basic details like that should really be attended to on an ongoing basis. Otherwise, fine. Very comfortable bed!

The room and staff were great. Only thing is the fire alarm went off at 4am and we got dressed and went down to the lobby to find out it was a false alarm. It took about 20-25 minutes to turn off. Other than my interrupted sleep it was a good stay

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would have liked it more if there was a small pool to cool off in. That being said, the staff was great and it's a wonderful place to stay if you don't require a lot of amenities and just need a good place to lay your head while you go about your business. I would stay there again.
