After contacting the property 3 days prior to travel to confirm the acceptance of ESA service animals I was told they do accommodate with documentation- At check in i was rudely dismissed regarding the acknowledgement of my service animal (dog) and was told that their company only allows for certain types of disabilities and mine did not meet their criteria- so they are discriminating against ADA policy dependant upon the type of physical/mental health ailment you have!!!! AND I WAS CHARGED A FULL RATE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY WITH NO OPTION FOR A REFUND GIVEN☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
