The closet door was broken and the toilet gad a huge crack that was glued. Bathroom sink did not drain snd there was trash left, from an obvious party, under the bed. But it wasnt the worst ive seen. It was fine for a quick overnight trip.

I stayed at this hotel this week and descriptions that says rooms have refrigerator microwave. Also an airport show from into the airport. None that was available. I called for shuttle There is no shuttle. I had a two year-old with me. I had to order an Uber with a booster seat. Wait an hour and a half at the airport for someone available to pick me up then I get to the hotel is very dated The pool area was falling apart. The staff was great very helpful, but it is very old dirty and unsafe for small children if you’re looking for a cheap hotel just to stay in downtown I would recommend it but if you’re going with family, I will not stay at this place again.

I appreciate that they support going green however it took 4 days and 5 nights before I got housekeeping and sheets were changed and I had to request it. The rooms are a little outdated and the bathtub could do with an upgrad. However I did like the friendly service from Martha at breakfast who also came over to say hi and Natasha from the restaurant who was also nice

The rooms were clean and it was nice. I would probably stay somewhere closer to the arena next time. Although it is walkable it is a up hill.

The room was okay, there was a roach in the bathroom. I pray I didn’t Bring any home . There is a lot of homeless near there . And there is a restaurant/ bar across the street. So it was very crowded at night. Also was told there was free parking but parking was $55 per night so I parked across the street and I had numerous issues with the garage as well. Not a great area

I called before arriving and asked for an early check in around 9am & have them my reservation number and was told I could pay to check in early. Upon arrival they told me it would be more than I was quoted on the phone because it was before 10am. I waited until 10am and checked again. Then was told no double beds were available. Tried checking in again around 2:30 and still nothing was available. When I tried checking in later that night after my event they were out of double bed rooms which was what I requested. The front desk was not very helpful not accommodating. Me and the three others in our party had to settle for an uncomfortable pull out couch instead. Overall hotel is ok. Felt run down and staff didn’t seem to care.
