Great Value

For the price, which was lower than most near Americasmart, it was acceptable. Service in the restaurant was top notch. Valet was great and accommodating when I needed items from my car but didn't need my vehicle. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. It is bare necessity, a place to shower and lay your head only. Did not like the toilet. It never 'fully' flushed, I assume it is an eco friendly version. The area around the pool is beautiful....felt like I was in the French Quarter.

I stayed at this property a year and a half ago. It was a Sheraton and very nice. It is now garbage. The parking valet system is very unorganized. The front desk is understaffed and the staff on duty is frustrated. The bathroom in the room had a strong smell of urine. It smelled like a public restroom. When you open the blinds to the room, people form the street can see into the room because there is no sheer blind. I also fell at the hotel because the floor was slippery. I hurt myself very badly and had to go to an emergency center. I filled out a report at the hotel but they would not give me a copy of the report. They also never called to see if I was OK or needed anything. I have already contacted my attorney. By the way, I changed hotels immediately and thank goodness Expedia gave me a refund. Don’t stay at this hotel!
