• No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A $1000 fee applies for any smoking inside the home.
• Check-in is after 4 PM, and Check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee with 24-hour notice.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 9PM to 9 AM.
• Unauthorized Guests: Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Unauthorized guests will incur a $45 per person, per night fee.
• Absolutely NO Food or drinks Allowed on the beds or Couches
• No Shoes: Please remove shoes inside the home at the entrance.
• Damage and Missing Items: Any damaged or missing items will be charged at retail cost through .
• No Parties or Loud Noise: Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Lost Key Fee: There is a $50 fee for lost keys.
• No Mail or Packages: Guests are not permitted to receive mail or packages at the property.

• NO EATING ON COUCHES
• Security Cameras: Covering or tampering with security cameras will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
• Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. If the home is left in disarray, additional charges may apply.
• Leasing Office: Under no circumstances should guests go to the leasing office. All communication must be through the platform or via phone number . Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
• Valet trash runs Sunday - Thursday at 6 PM. Please ensure all trash is bagged, placed inside the black trash can, and return the trashcan to your unit by 9 AM the following morning

• No Extended Stays: The maximum stay is limited to the number of days booked. Unauthorized extensions will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
• No Trespassing: Any unauthorized stays beyond the booking period will be considered trespassing, and local authorities will be contacted immediately to handle the situation.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
