The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please let me know if you're checking out earlier than 11:00 AM so I can let the clean team know?
Please be aware that a 100$ fee will be charged for unauthorized late checkout and 200$ if passed 12:30pm.
Please be sure to clean up after your pet(s), as stated in the striations pets are not allowed on sofa and beds additional cleaning fee will be added if cleaning team has to clean after them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties or gatherings of any type. Please be respectful of my neighbors.
Smoking inside the property is absolutely prohibited, a 200$ fee will be applied if smoked in the house.
We ask If you are bringing pets, clean after it. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if we have to do it, pets are NOT allowed on sofa and beds.

Such a lovely home and convenient to the Marietta campus and also close to 75, so very quick and easy to navigate. My dogs love the back yard. I’ve stayed here twice now and hope to make it a third sometime.

In town for a convention and a Braves game. Great, safe location, easy to get to anywhere you need between downtown and northward. Extremely convenient to Truist park and the Battery. Would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay and relax while we were in the area for a graduation event. The house has everything you would ever need and we were very impressed with it. The owner responded quickly to our messages about arrival and departure. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Very nice, spacious for what we needed and everything that we needed to cook with what in the home. We had out of town guest that I haven't seen in a very long time and they had so much fun here. Overall great place and location.

Very clean. Safe and convenient area. Comfy bed. Great location - 10-15 minutes to Truist Park. Fenced backyard which our little dog enjoyed while we enjoyed coffee on the deck (also in backyard). Highly recommend.
