Host won't communicate

Was not actually able to stay in the property, the host never spoke to me and I had to rebook new lodgings from the airport after I landed. New lodgings were better but more expensive than even VRBO will reimburse due to the last minute nature of the booking.

Worst experience

Upon arrival I noticed that the location was definitely somewhere I would not feel safe at. Check in was quick and easy. Was there for work so I needed to use my laptop there was no WiFi my whole stay for 4 days when I reached out to the host about it, he made up a lie saying that there was a network outage but when I asked the neighbors, they said their Wi-Fi was fine This caused me to have to pay for a Uber instead of a coffee shop all day just to get my work done. I even tried reaching back out to get an Update but he never replied back. The bed was broken so we slept on the couch where we found trash underneath and it had a smell to it. The shower water was brown and the water did not go down. We killed so many bugs in the house. This was one of my worst experiences booking.

PhD Residency

I can see the vision of the owner. The place was nice and neat, and more than served it's purpose. Was in town for a PhD Residency and will definitely consider this spot for my next Residency in August.
