The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When you arrive, park to the left of the fence and enter through the gate. Once inside, the door will be on your right. Use your entry code to unlock and come on in.

Late checkout available for $75 until 2:00 PM, subject to availability. If guest remains in the unit more than one hour past (1:00PM) without approval, an automatic late checkout fee will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
