Disappointed

After not being contacted and being put in a terrible situation by the property I had booked since May 2025 Hotels.com came through but the extra money for parking and a much higher deposit just put a damper on my weekend which was really disappointing. The hotel was nice and clean but I had theft of property which again is very disappointing after I asked that the room be not be disturbed. I’m considering moving on from Hotels.com this was such an inconvenience

Horrible communication

I cannot comment on the accommodations. Only communication. Per instructions we were to call 24 hrs in advance and give a state id. We wanted to make sure they had that information before we left since we were driving a long way. I called at 8am and the person who answered was extremely rude, was mad because we woke him up, said what do you want. When stated per your instructions we were to call 24hrs in advance, they said check in is 3pm. There were others things but enough that we were not comfortable staying at this place.
