Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass

House was not very insulated, cold and drafty. I would bring a space heater if going in the winter. I would also bring your own towels. They were small, thin and rough. The washer had a foul smell.

Lovely vintage home in a great neighborhood

This rental is a lovely little house. It's very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There is a great cafe/restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. We will probably stay again when visiting family. One pointbof caution: the stairs may be too much for someone with joint problems or other mobility issues.

It was a cool old house. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There were loose floor tiles, and peeling paint. There was plenty of space, we were able to relax and spread out. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the air conditioning unit upstairs did its job. We were unable to find parking when we first arrived. We drove around for a half an hour, looking for a space, and finally found one three blocks from the rental property. After that, we were able to park close. The location was very nice, we felt safe and there were cool places to walk to. They had good customer service. The manager was easy to get a hold of. Considering its location, it was reasonably priced. Overall, I would give it a thumbs up. But as I said above, the bathroom really needed some repair and more thorough cleaning.

This place was perfect with so many cool place to eat and great local bars within a short walk. It's also really close to downtown. Other than a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom I can't think of anything this place didn't have. I will definitely see if this place is available next time I'm in Atlanta.

This place was an amazing stay and very spacious place for the family definitely a 10/10 stay ! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything ! I loved the layout and the beds were comfortable wil def pick this again for future trips the host was very well communicated and i had no problem entering the home

It is a cool old house. There are some good points, like the very modern efridge and location. The negatives are the lack of parking, and the one toilet is so aged that it wont flush properly and we had to keep fixing it. The house is roomy and great for multiple people, and a dog crate was available in the living room.

Best known secret in Atlanta

This cute, clean and perfect place was just what I needed for a quiet getaway! Just a few minutes walk to all I needed! Easy entrance and exit, quiet neighborhood and beautiful area. I loved every minute in this excellently furnished and comfortable home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Cabbagetown! Thank you so much!
