When entering the room, at first glance was nice, however, there was remanence of previous occupant's trash in the entry way and hair covering the bathroom floor. The only positive comment is that the sheets and towels were clean.

My daughter called hotel at 9pET to inform they'd arrive ATL via Delta after midnight. Front desk confirmed the room, said shuttle service stops at midnight from Hartsfield. They arrived ~1aET via Uber...now no room is available, then after 15 minutes...there was a room. When my daughter / son-in-law went to this room...it was occupied...front desk said they'll have to find something else. She waited for 90 minutes with her husband while the individual in the room vacated with all their belongings. Unbelievable! Hotel was given 4+ hours notice of their late arrival and the Hotel confirmed their reservations.
