By the time we arrived at the hotel, the valet parking was full of cars waiting and the shuttle was parked in front of the doors. We had to unload our bags and walk a far distance to get inside. Someone behind me had to remove the bollards so we could move our vehicles.

it was fine, staff was AMAZINGLY friendly... but heard constant back and forth of what I can only assume was the elevator equipment. Couch was torn on the arm. Pretty big splotch of red on the carpet (red wine? blood??) and the a/c just didn't seem to keep the room cool. To be fair, it's possible I was doing something wrong, but the instructions seemed pretty simple. Just saying

The shower gel was always empty. The overall cleanliness was great. The comfort was terrible for a couple trip. I booked a king bed received a two full beds instead my whole stay was never accommodated.

The parking was limited and you had to pay the way q.R code. If I am staying at the hotel, I don't understand why parking is not included. When I got to my room, the pea pole was replaced by tissue paper. As a single woman traveling, this caused concern.So I went to the front desk. They informed me they could not move me to any other room. I could literally stick my finger straight through and look in the room, and so could anybody else. The key wasn't working.So I had to go back downstairs, and I let them know about the complaint when they were able to give me a working key, I go in the room to find at the shower is leaking, consistently, and the bathroom floor is soaking.Wet. I also reported this to the front desk and all they said, was we can take something off of your room rate in the morning. I'll put it on your file and offered me a drink coupon. I come back downstairs.There's not even an open bar. Fast forward to the next morning. I go speak to the front desk. And they say, they don't understand why I was promised anything or why?Nobody didn't come out and at least fix the shower.The night before. This was easily my worst experience at adoubletree. I was unable to sleep comfortably, because I felt that the peapol situation was a security risk and the blinds did not close and with me being on the second floor if you were at the front of the hotel, you could see directly in my room the whole time i don't have a picture of the shower only a video. So I can't post it here,
