The property was great. Loved the bar and appetizer menu. The breakfast buffet was ok. The front desk was 3 out of 4 persons nice. There was a rather loud DJ all three nights for an annual gathering of some kind of Society Club. Our heat went out in our room but maintenance was there in a minute and fixed it.

Doubletree is a nice mid range, business hotel. I didnt really hear the interstate outside either which is a big plus since im a fairly light sleeper.

The room was incredibly dark. I lost an earring at one point and never found it. But in the process of crawling around to look realized just how disgusting the carpets were! Oh my! That room needed a deep clean!

Disappointed

The staff was great. My not so great rating was because of the hotel condition. The cleanliness was a bit below average, dirt in corners, hair tie under bench, nothing that would make you ill, just uninviting. Older furniture, many cable channels were “unable to connect”. Not the quality I expect with Double Tree. More like an old Holiday Inn.

Worst stay ever

The room smelled like a wet dog that used to be a chain smoker. The air unit didn’t work on cool or heat and the fan wouldn’t even blow so we could circulate some air. This made for a stuffy room that was difficult to rest in. Half the power outlets and light fixtures didn’t work, either. Finally, there was some sort of large party gathered that were as loud as you could imagine, whooping and hollering up and down the halls, getting off the elevator, and stomping around on the floor above us; all AFTER midnight.

Really nice hotel but the ice maker don't work the cable only has half the channels some lights don't work in the room. Management is really letting the things go that make it a good stay. They will not answer the phone from a room

The bathtub was very clogged. We reported the problem to the front desk, and they never changed us to another room or came to solve the problem. And That’s why I’m very unsatisfied.
