You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay.

Check-In Process:
- Please enter through the front entrance, where the 24/7 concierge will greet you and assist with entry.
- A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
- If someone other than the booking guest is checking in, please notify us in advance. The concierge will verify that the person checking in matches the name on the reservation.
- Once verified, you’ll be directed to your condo and provided with a digital door code in your arrival instructions.
- Inside the condo, you’ll find a key fob for easy access to the building for the rest of your stay.

- Heating & Air Conditioning:
Our building uses a central boiler/chiller system, meaning the unit provides either heat or air conditioning depending on the season—not both.

- Air is distributed through a fan coil unit located below the windows in each room. You can lift the top panel to adjust the fan speed.
- Seasonal transitions (spring/fall) may bring brief periods of limited temperature control.
- If it becomes unseasonably hot or cold, feel free to request a fan or space heater, and we’ll be happy to provide one.

Laundry:
A laundry room is available on the basement level. Detergent is provided.
- $1.50 per load

Pets:
Per our HOA policy, no animals are allowed in the building. Thank you for understanding.

Parking:
While we don’t offer on-site parking, there are several nearby options. The one we highly recommend is:
