False advertisement.

Failed to mention that we'd be staying in an occupied home with 4 other people. It was mentioned after it was paid and booked. Vrbo issued us a refund though.

Good for the price but needs work

Good family space for the price with kitchen and plenty of bedding. Great neighborhood very safe and quiet. Downside is it is a fixer upper house needs a lot of work and updating. Around the exterior doors are spider webs and outside of the house needs deep cleaning and a lot of paint. Inside the house the carpet is old and spotty bathrooms are falling apart. Does have flat screen TVs with cable and comfortable beds in every bedroom and bunk bed in living room. Definitely with work put into house it can be a gem and would rent for a lot more but it needs a lot of work for the price if shopping on a budget it is worth it for short term housing.

They really tried it

I saw a roach, People stuff was still in closets and the covers smelled weird, The house had a weird stitch, You can't use the front door, There is too big mattresses in the living Room, And a so called bedroom was a dinning room next to the kitchen. Most of the outlets don't work, You can't change the thermostat so its freezing cold the whole time. It was so dirty that the bottom of our socks turn black we cleaned the place up, and mopped. There is no trash can so we do not know where to put our trash. It was a creepy house.
