Everything was good except we were given a handicapped room which was not requested. The reservation were made a month or so in advance! But since we were only staying for one night we kept the room. The fridge wasn't clean out. The faucet on the kitchenette was broken!

Good value spacious room. Very courteous staff. One day with no air con which was communicated well. Nice free breakfast. Close to the Lennox mall. Walkable to several restaurants.

I checked in with Erill , who first sent me to a room that was not even clean nor ready. then when I woke up the next day in my new room there were ants all over the table so I had to get my room switched Again. Then Erill failed to tell me at check in the day before that there will be no available water until 4 pm which was very inconvenient to me because i had a business meeting at 3pm . When I asked to speak with a manager he then placed the phone down, Which I then heard him say "This customer is calling to complain about ants and She's looking to be compensated " Which was an insult.. He had no Empathy for the situation that I was placed in within less than 24hrs of me checking in .. BUT!! I will say Angela and Sade was very understanding and apologetic they really tried to help me but unfortunately I reached my breaking point and checked out the next day from checking in

Friendly staff but hotel looks like it has not been maintained in over a decade. From poor A/C function to water damaged trim and doors that need to be replaced, just overall looks like no one has ever done anything to fix any issues.

My husband and I loved staying in the King Bedroom suite with having breakfast in the dining area daily. Our pup loved his stay as well! We are MOSTLY APPRECIATIVE of your valet parking employees.
