Great family service

Great stay for our family road trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I even saw them offer to help a family of a gentleman in a wheelchair to find a breakfast table and they carried his food and drinks to the table for them.

We had a great experience great staff. Room was clean happy hour and breakfast was great I love my homemade omelette. Complimentary snacks in room was a nice treat. I love staying at Embassy Suites they never disappoint.

Very nice hotel, easy in and out. Very clean, wonderful staff. Loved the area, convenient to down town Atlanta without being in the middle of it all. Lots of food and shopping near by.

Walls and floors and not sound proof. If you plan on getting sleep, you won’t. Floors are sticky in main areas. Floors in rooms had ground in candy in the carpet. Hot tub was foamy with body oils and debris. No towels in pool area even after asking for some. Would not stay here again. Value for money spent was poor.
