The room was fine along with the staff. Our stay was frustrating because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our keycards. We could only use them 2-3 times before they would stop working. Our stay was 7 nights and the solution (yes, it was staff error) didn't come until the manager re-entered our information on day 5 to eliminate the problem.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had an issue with the air but maintenance came in a timely manner to get it fixed which was great. Breakfast each morning was very good and well organized. The staff was very courteous and nice especially since we were there for the holidays, they always greeted us and asked if there was anything we need. I would stay again!

The hotel room was good. Basic. Checkin was easy. Breakfast yum with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruits, coffee, yoghurt etc.. the shuttle to airport was fantastic. The driver was very knowledgable and helpful.

The room was not in its best condition. The shower was not working so we had to switch rooms. The second room the shower did work but the room was in deteriorating condition. The faucets were rusty, the doors damaged, the roof pealing in the bathroom. The room also had a nasty smell.
