I booked this room for Sunday night so I could be downtown Atlanta because I was having surgery Monday morning. I got the flu on Friday. My surgery had to be cancelled. I called the hotel and explained to the gentlemen that answered at the front desk I had the flu and wouldn’t be needing the room. He transferred my call to speak to the manager. The call went into voicemail and I left a lengthy message as to the situation, my name, phone number and asked for him to call me. He did not call me, as requested. Then I called back on Saturday. I was told the manager was not working but the district general manager was there. He transferred my call to him. Again, rang into voice mailbox, left a message, my phone number, and asked for a callback. Again, I didn’t receive a call. Therefore, my experience with the management is not a good one and I was charged for the room. Thank You for reaching out. At least you did and I appreciate that you did. Karen K. Front desk was friendly and everything was a fast process. The room was clean and nice. We stayed the night of a windstorm and the ac thermostat was not working. My room was very cold the heat would not come on. Overall my stay was nice minus the cold.

Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast - no oatmeal, banana, plain yogurt. If you eat healthy food, there is nothing here for you, and that was disappointing. If you are into biscuits and gravy, you found your place!

Was very disappointed with the hotel. It seems their was a mix up and they put me in a different room than my reservation. Almost positive it was a downgrade.The room had a strip of carpet missing, a corner of the dresser that the TV sits on was broken and glued back on. Toilet paper roll was not changed and was less than a 1/3 left meaning someone or multiple people had touch it. $28 dollars a day to park in a parking garage that smells like marijuana constantly. Worst experience at a Hilton Inn ever. Not expecting that at all, especially in Buckhead part of Atlanta
