Watch for hidden fees

The unknown overly priced deposit was ridiculous. Although hotels deposits are not abnormal but having to pay the same amount as a deposit that I did for the room reservation was not expected!!! Then to not have access to a completely paid for room after driving 5hr was even worse. Hotels.com sucks for not disclosing the correct deposit information. Hampton Inn sucks for playing “policy” knowing that I paid for my room months in advance. The didn’t even try give accommodating. I did not like this experience at all and I doubt if I’ll ever use either company ever again

Front desk personnel were very informative and efficient on check-in (Austin). Stedman was so helpful with an administrative matter at check-out. Fine, very clean and refreshed property, convenient to Peachtree fine dining.
