This hotel is in bad need of a major renovation, not just i the lobby area. It's dated and falls well below what I normally find at a Hampton Inn or Hilton facility. I will say, the staff is friendly and great. They seem to be trying to make the best with what they have in a hotel.

Spent a short night for some rest. The room and hall area were full of ants and ladybugs. We got there around 4pm and my babies were tired to we rest up and went for dinner. We came back after dinner and the whole bathroom was covered with ants.

Our 1st room was infested by ants, beds were uncomfortable. Had to find someone to get towels. Moved to a new room. The room was flooded previously and smelled like mold. Carpet was dirty. Tub didn’t drain fully. Had to search for facility for help. Had to wait for coffee. Coffee machine didn’t work in the room. Air conditioner didn't work. Not happy at all.

This hotel has always been our go-to whenever we travel from Memphis, and we’ve stayed here many times over the years. Unfortunately, this stay will be our last. I’m not sure if management has changed, but the quality is not what it used to be. My family and my sister’s family booked separate rooms, and her room had a serious ant problem—ants were crawling everywhere, especially in the bathroom. On top of that, their air conditioning was not working. When she spoke to the front desk, the only solution offered was switching rooms at 11 PM, which wasn’t realistic since they were leaving early the next morning. We paid a lot for our stay, and everything just seemed to go downhill from there. It’s disappointing because this hotel used to be reliable and comfortable. They really need to have pest control come in, and while I understand they’re in the middle of remodeling, guests should be notified online before booking. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how much we’ve trusted this hotel in the past.

Initially, the key was not working. The front desk personnel tried at least 4–5 times to reprogram and test the key before it finally worked. Additionally, the bathtub was not draining properly it took 1–2 days for the water to drain, which made it difficult to take a bath. Overall, the experience was not good.
