The best customer service - Kind, helpful attentive staff- who truly went the extra mile. The premises was clean but shabby- carpet in rooms stained, and furnishings outdated. Disappointing for the Hilton brand. However, I would stay again just for the wonderful staff.

Bad experience. They charge for hotel parking even for gold members. Everywhere smelled like weed, even in the lobby. Area felt unsafe. The windows did not have shutters/curtains and the sunlight woke me up at five. Lots of chatter and noises at 2 am on the floor we stayed.
