The property is in a great very convenient location, but the hotel is outdated and the elevators are very shaky, to the point where my wife and I thought we would need assistance. The room was fine, but the room (other than the bathroom) had a funny smell to it. At 9am I was rudely awakened by housekeeping (checkout is at 12pm). At checkout, the front desk clerk was ok at first, I asked for my receipt and she started the process of getting my receipt, then she just walked off to handle another family and didn’t tell me to wait or anything. I stood there for 5 minutes asking others to help me but no one would. She finally returned. A person from housekeeping said “he wants his receipt”. She makes a very disturbing face at me, reaches down and hands me receipt that was already printed, just waiting on the printer.

Booked for 2 - Double Queen Rooms and was given a double queen room and a single king room. When I tried to ask front desk, he shut me down and basically said it’s the only room they have available. We’re 4 grown men traveling and would really prefer not to share a bed.

My room wasn’t the cleanest, went to front desk explained what I saw. The staff immediately changed my room, but I will definitely think twice before staying there again. Its hard enough to go sleep on a bed that others have used, so when I noticed that the pillow cases weren’t changed it really turned my stomach
