The receptionist was not professional at all. I had to greet her both times. She didn’t say hello or thank u. I had to ask her which way my room was. Hilton hotel needs to put someone with smile and professional. I am not sure if it was Atlanta thing or not but I will not come back at this location any more.

i think this may be the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in! The room was clean, everything worked, the food from the grill was AWESOME, and the lady at the bar was very helpful. My only comment is regarding the front desk lady, who wasnt super friendly or helpful in regards to offering information. Perhaps she is inexperienced, but i felt like my first impression was a little rough.
